The FPUC ($600) is federally funded. Cuomo has nothing to do with this, normally it’s would be shocking that a candidate for office could be so ignorant but.... Republicans.
Since @NYGovCuomo percists on keeping people from their livelihoods, I suggest immediate suspencion of all political salaries in NY (his included) to divert the funds to extend the emergency Unemployment benefits ($600) in NYS starting 8/1/2020! Afterall it’s our tax money!

Funds are paid from the feds to the states the states have the flux money in their bank accounts .... after it’s paid from the feds the state has to dish it out hence why each state has a different system
