Hello! We are doing everything possible to ensure the health and safety of our employees and our customers. We are making sure that we only send technicians out to healthy homes at this time and scheduling anyone who indicates otherwise out at least 14 days for visits. -Karen

Since when did internet companies classify themselves as "utilities"? I'd love for them to, but didn't they all spend years arguing they were not utilities, and now they are arguing they are *essential services*. Which is it? Whichever benefits you in the moment?
