Know your rights. Call 1-833-KYVOTES with any questions.

Know your rights on Election Day:
If you didn’t receive your mail-in ballot, you can vote in person.
If you received your ballot, sent it in, and it is not registered as received, you have the right to cast a provisional ballot in person.
If you are in line when the polls close at 6 p.m., you have the right to vote. Stay in line.
You have the right to be free of voter intimidation and harassment.
A government-issued I.D. is required to vote. If you could not obtain an I.D. due to shortened office hours or the impact of COVID-19, you can ask to sign an oath of voter form and present another form of identification.
Questions? See issues at the polls? Call or text 1-833-KYVOTES.
