This is a horrible miscarriage of justice. This officer was responding to a neighbor’s call for help from this violent man violating his restraining order.
@chesaboudin hates police officers. Yes to the recall!1 reply 1 retweet 19 likes -
Sean Moore was banging on HIS wall inside HIS home. The restraining order was for BS “noise harassment”. He was schizophrenic. None of these things made him deserve to die. What is wrong with you?

Yes. The same logic applies if someone gets hit by a car today and ultimately end up passing away three years later as a result of the injuries they got that would not have happened if they hadn’t gotten hit by a car.

Now that I have given you an answer to your question, please respond to this comment as well
@kenk616. Do you understand how this works? If i gravely injure someone today and they did because of it five years later it is still my fault and I should be held accountable.0 replies 0 retweets 1 like -

If we can question the edges of this stance a little, How many hours must they survive? If they are in a vegetative state, for a week following the incident and then die, is that merely assault in your view?

Like you realize the damage that being shot in the abdomen causes to someone’s organs? Quality of life? Do you also believe that people who died due to organ failure and other complications after catching covid didn’t really die of Covid because the virus only affect lungs?
