It is difficult to track individual cases. We file cyber complaints, we tag the cops. That hardly helps. There is an entire ecosystem of abusers on Indian Twitter and it is the responsibility of the platform to ensure such accounts are suspended and legal action taken (2/6)

There is absolutely no reason why the onus should be on women to run after these cases and be threatened and abused more in the process. The other concern is of Twitter not suspending abusive accounts in spite of constant reporting. Case in point: the sull! deals account. (3/6)
They not only allow such accounts to remain, they often even respond to the reports by saying the said abuse does not violate their community standards. Here is one such tweet. This account still remains on Twitter. (4/6)

Twitter is an enabler of abuse & it is time it was held responsible. Shirking off responsibility will not help, especially snc political accounts are suspended day in & out for frivolous reasons. Hoping this will be one step towards ensuring a safe virtual space for women. (5/6)
