The mental block for this guy is that he doesn’t see that girl as human in the same way he sees himself as human. He wouldn’t play a psychological game by following a male, he respects the feelings of a male. How did he grow up not recognising half of all people as people?

You know what I mean though, how does an adult see only half of people as people? I can’t understand it. There are women everywhere, it’s not as if he’s never met one.
-
He has no interest in 'meeting' a woman. He has an interest in being rewarded one for his existence and in terrorizing them because they are inferior
-
But he’s met relatives, people in shops, people at work, yet he still has two classes of humans in his mind. If it were just this one guy I’d understand, aberrations exist, but that there’s apparently many of them, in agreement, that’s what I don’t get.

They're awful

It seems they’re dangerous too. That changes how people need to respond to them. I’m also amazed that bloke in Canada was only 25. It’s not like he’s suffered decades of disappointment.
-
This is absolutely dangerous and will likely escalate after he stalks women on the street long enough he needs more for a sick thrill

They obviously have psychological problems and should be picked up by the police and brought to a psyche ward
