Very disappointed @goairlinesindia @GoAirFlights.Got message about flight cancellation 2 days back before the travel, and customer care is giving previous day flight or long layover flights or refund. Who is going to pay for my extra leave or flight fare difference!!!!!#suffering

I understand bad weather, its no ones fault but flight cancellation in advance due to company issues isn’t the passengers fault right? Then the passenger should be given better options to accommodate their ongoing plans and not make them suffer. DM’ed the details.
