This could be interesting! I am with . We have got Boris Johnson out of Downing Street, let's get him out of Parliament.

Intrigued by rumours that @BorisJohnson - boozing it up here during one of his many No 10 lockdown-breaking parties - may ditch his Uxbridge constituents on the chicken run back to his old safe constituency of Henley. Where I live. Should I stand as an independent against him?

It's not "susceptible to being instrumentalized". That's its purpose. The contrived #IHRA "definition of antisemitism" was designed specifically to silence the truth about Israel's brutality against Palestinians by exploiting sympathy for the Holocaust to shield Israel.
Quote Tweet
The IHRA definition "has become highly controversial and divisive owing to its susceptibility to being politically instrumentalized and the harm done to human rights resulting from such instrumentalization" T. Achiume, former UN SR on racism, Oct 2022 twitter.com/ADL/status/162

The Government's decision to allow bee-killing pesticides to be used this year, against scientific advice, is a disgrace. They should be supporting farmers to move swiftly to integrated pest management. The Tory attack on nature must stop.

We are getting feedback that the votes in the national strike ballot in Royal Mail Group keep coming back. Our reps and members are doing an incredible job. We can make history here. Keep talking, keep organising. Keep voting. #WeAreStillHere

I’ve cancelled my Labour Party membership today. At my age it’s strange to be changing. I still believe that their voters are mostly decent. It’s just not my Party anymore. I’m signing up to the Greens. I won’t vote against something. I will vote for something.

'40% of private sector housing rentals get Housing Benefit' - That is your taxes (or our Government's money) subsidizing the income and asset accumulation of private landlords. We don't have to run housing this way.

Home Sec wants to ban people who arrive in small boats from going to court to question any decisions she makes about them. Must be irritating for her to have to act lawfully, but the rule UK has stuck to for last 300 years is no-one is above the law. Sorry to be such a pest.

I remember when my partner died I struggled to pay the bills. I had 4 kids at home from ages 3 - 15. I was with British Gas & they forced us onto a prepayment meter. As a family we were at our most vulnerable. When you’re down these practices are meant to keep you down! Vile.

Our GP has spent over £35,000 of her own savings trying to stop the take over of our independent local surgery by a profit based private company. See article link below. Still despite 3 protests the patients are not being heard. #NHS #nhsprivatisation

If the NHS followed the case law which should guide it hundreds of thousands of people, possibly millions, would have their care costs fully funded by the NHS under continuing care.

Have a look at Green Party policies. You might well find them similar to yours. It's true that it is hard for a third party to win under first past the post (which Starmer supports) but every vote encourages others. And why not vote for your values?
Quote Tweet
Genuine Question? Each time I come anywhere close to thinking, I will have to hold my nose and vote Starmer's Labour.( that's what he calls it) He does something else to make me really dislike and distrust him. What's the answer, we can't vote for a coalition ?

Ladies and gentleman. This man is without a doubt one of my heroes. He lights a fire of ambition and passion for change and a belief that eventually social care might be recognised for its true worth! Oh, and it’s not Care Scotland!
Quote Tweet
“Social care is not there to be the servant of the NHS” @drdmacaskill of Care Scotland argues that good social care prevents people needing a hospital and asks what message a 3.8% pay award for frontline care workers sends #bbcdn bit.ly/3wN3605
