    4/ Projects need to do better at explaining what they’re innovating, why they’re building it & most importantly WHO it’s for. Do your diligence, survey everybody & their mothers. Build & they will come is inherently flawed.

    3/ Blockchain’s adoption isn’t hindered by faulty UX or lack of development efficiency, it’s hindered by the fact that the cost of change is currently far greater than value provided. Do consumers UNDERSTAND decentralization? Do they even want decentralization?

    2/ Generally speaking, most technologies don’t ever live up to its early hype. This is completely normal - look at the rise of AI, or moving further back to red hat linux days. Markets may not be ready and the tech can be too high friction.
