Great reporting. Great job with the on-camera story. Would they ever consider burying the cable line ? Is that even a thing?

Thank you, glad you enjoyed! Short answer is yes, there's been progress lowering the cost of burying power lines, and some developers are starting to plan for it. But still more expensive and not happening for this project.
