What a shame, I am wondering what kind of human and Muslim we are.
Seeing drug addicts on Kabul streets has become as routine as most ppl do not pay attention to them anymore. Is anyone responsible in this city??? Isn’t the fight against drugs and narcotics a big fat lie?

What they did was move addicts from parks and bridges to the streets, in Shahr-e Naw children + families have to pass ppl getting high on the sidewalk, not only is there not proper rehab, there’s no follow-up for when they are released, so they relapse
