Violence is a huge business machine in Afghanistan. Lots of companies/ actors are heavily invested and benefiting from the boom. Sectarian conflict is definitely fueling the process. Drug industry and regional and global spy war in Afghanistan are other aspects to be considered.

Yes if they Taliban rejecting the incident, no doubt the complexity of the conflict, the current peace process wouldn't give positive results as long the this kind of attacks exists, again peace without permanent ceasefire is not peace just jok.
