  Panjshir's results on the first day was 10144 from 96 centers. Based on the second day announcement it is almost doubled to 19205 from the same number of centers.

  مهدی صایب کمیسون نامستقل انتخابات در طول ۱۷ سال مستقلانه عمل نکرده همیشه آله دست خوش چند مزدور قرار گرفته اصلا اینها به روند مردم سالاری انتخابات آزاد و شفاف باورمند نیستند اینها سوته کراسی ره ریشخند کردند

  Daikundi and Helmad are even more interesting. There is a reduction in the number of polling Centers announced on the second day, however, the number of votes have increased dramatically. The logic behind these calculations are not explained by the @AfghanistanIEC so far.
