Mawlawi Qalamuddin, another Tlbn regime snior official, confirms that the voice belongs to Mawlawi Torabi. Qalamuddin says that the original list contains 10200 names of Taliban prisonsers and they demand that the first 5k to be released as soon as the agreement is signed.
