What does the right of the landlocked countries / international law stipulate under such circumstances? Is this a case of 'force majeur'?
Landlocked Asthma: One of our only two accessible maritime neighbours, Pakistan, imposed flight restrictions on us for months. Now, the other one, Iran, could install a similar restriction if US-Iran war breaks out. How to breath?

I think it pretty much depends on bilateral agreements and relations between the landlocked state and the transit neighbour. The rights of LLCs, unfortunately, are heavily dependent on the political will of the transit countries.

There is enough alternative routes that Afghan aviation could fly through. Our northern neighbors are good alternatives. These maneuvers could be used for lessening our dependency on both Iran and Pak in all fronts.
