    The deal actually says the commission will oversee the distribution *for* until end the of the year ie three months, and then a plan for the next year will be prepared.

    Juwaili, Meshri, Namroush, & other GNA figures dismissed the Maetiq deal of Sep 18. But the may well resume loading barrels very soon regardless. Deal says figuring out how to split the new sales’ $$$ proceeds can take up to 3 months. This makes it very hard to block now.
