    I’ve realised that by firing up and getting angry, I’m not working my 12 step program and the only person it affects is ME. Getting sober isn’t about not drinking, it’s about living sober and to me, that means inner serenity🙏

    If I am going to be notorious for something, let it be getting sober. That’s the most bad ass thing anyone can do. If you’re struggling with drugs and alcohol, there is a solution. The first drink does the damage, not the last one. Don’t pick up - one day at a time 🙏

    Please listen to this man.. I certainly hear many men talk of their abuse, vulnerabilities & mental health - yet they don’t talk to each other. Please do. There is nothing wrong with needing support. Don’t kill yourselves - we need you 🙏❤️

    MEN WE HAVE TO TALK TO EACH OTHER Sorry but feeling a bit flat, just found out the neighbour across the road took his life, just had his 2 boys over who I’ve known for over 25 years. We were the first 2 houses in the whole Estate, kids played together, we drank together.

    Two young plumbers turned up yesterday to fix my pipes (this is not the beginning of a bad porno..) and I asked them if it smelt funny in my house, of piping issues.They looked at each other and said “it smells really nice... like girls and candles...” Men are SO CUTE
