  Big congrats to #Norway, which joins #Ireland as winner of W.European #SecurityCouncil seats. Oslo punches way above its weight in the #UN system. #Canada ran a fantastic race, strong on #refugees, #covid&more. But late entry (in 2016, yrs after others) made it hard to catch up.
