Sam, most funds go to subsidized housing because it costs +$500k/unit in SF. A major cause of homelessness is NIMBYism. Prop C is a difficult issue, but any reasonable discussion must include zoning, IMHO. only focusing on companies deflects from NIMBYs

"if [X] doesn't fix zoning why vote for it" is a facile argument. you still need to fund housing for the homeless AND have space to build it. those are not mutually exclusive propositions.
