I think there’s a legit argument that HRC is just being petty. However, after 3 or 4 of these grenades being lobbed during such an important time for Dems to minimize rancor (during what is always a heated process)- one begines to wonder about this being a concerted effort.

Mike Bloomberg was a keynote speaker at the 2004 Republican National Convention. He endorsed Bush and thanked him for starting the war in Iraq.

The Congresswoman got caught up in the moment. She has apologized for the sake of party unity and ultimately the good of the country. It should be clear to everyone now, though, HRC is engaging in a committed campaign to sow disunity.

During ‘08 Primary, I had a lefty AM talk radio show. I took no strong position b/n HRC & Obama - i saw them as pretty similar. My email address was available on our website. I can tell you if twitter existed as it exists today we’d still be talking about the racism of PUMAS.

I deleted a tweet earlier because it was too arch and had typos. Here it is without the jokes: it's 2020 and no one on earth can make you care about Hillary Clinton one way or another if you don't want to. Get the most out of your life, it won't be long enough to include this.

This, by the way, is the biggest deal in politics, because after the House passes this the Senate has to give it a vote, and it can't be filibustered. Gardner, Collins, Ernst, Tillis, etc will have to go on the record on Medicaid block grant.

Support for witnesses in the Senate impeachment trial: Quinnipiac 75 Monmouth 80 Reuters 72 CNN 69 AP/NORC 68 WaPo 71 That's an average of 73%! Republicans are blocking witnesses while admitting Trump engaged in a quid pro quo. Will voters punish them in November for it?

This would be a catastrophic mistake.

IMO if the Dems take back the Senate this vote will have played a huge role- an even bigger role than the acquittal vote

My understanding is that under The Dershowitz Doctrine™ It is perfectly fine for The President to interfere with his IRS audit if he feels like it's in the public interest

The whole storyline that Mitch's loyal deputy Lamar might cross Mitch on a vote Mitch was whipping feels like false suspense intended to take attention off vulnerable Republicans like Gardner and McSally who ought to be getting way more scrutiny for siding early with Trump.
