I've read 2 of your books, heard your speeches and podcasts. But over the last couple of years you've morphed from bothsidism to blind relativism. Any one who can't tell that hatred and dishonesty are more acute on the right has lost all perspective. Good luck, Former Fan.

Thank you, Sam, for always being there to squash down the powerless any time they seek to rise up and assert themselves. Whether wittingly or not, you are an ally of the Right, including the Retrumplicans. No matter how much you attack Trump for his personality failings.
-
Strange how self-styled rational independents and arbiters of reason like Harris seem to always punch left but rarely to the right, if ever. Just Libertarians in moderates’ clothing.
-
Agreed. He raises issues appealing to those employing reason, science, and logic. But he usually pulls his punches when they might strike the real God in our country: unregulated corporate capitalism.
-
Used to be a big Harris fan, his older books were influential, but his embrace of Ayn Rand-ism really turned me off. He gives cover to the most destructive impulses of the right by sniping anyone who resists corporatism.
-
Yep. May be due to his background in psychedelics, neurology, mediation, and 911-vengeance -- rather than history, social studies, or political science. Despite his atheism and many references to "Hitch," he is simply no Christopher Hitchens. Far from it.

Extremists all end up resembling each other by their hateful behavior. So disappointing.

A year late. Will those who’ve been calling us haters for pointing out the same now apologize?
-
Because you're not calling out bad individuals like Sarsour, you're indicting progressive ideology. You can't take the weirdly anti-semitic actions of Sarsour and ascribe it to all liberals. This is like identity politics working in reverse.
-
No, this is specific to Sarsour’s role.

She’s not even very deceptive. She seems to be an open Islamist and anti-Semite, but yet she attacks anyone who points that out by calling them the “alt right.” An interesting tactic, but it’s dependent upon her followers being to lazy to fact check.

And unfollowing... Yes we should be aware of who the leaders are
... The women's march movement is bigger than these ladies and we need to keep speaking up & collaborating. -
Somehow issues like female genital mutilation and violence against homosexuals is something ladies don’t need to speak up against?
