It was excellent. Though most of the questions were lackluster. You may want to consider screening questions in some way. Thanks for everything Sam!

Especially the last question: have three people fire off their questions in succession, then pick the best one.

“Sam should I go to India for ten years?”

His point was to what degree do you need to immerse yourself in mindfulness training? It was answered nicely that even five minutes will do wonders, you do what you can.

The question has also been asked ad nauseum.
-
I have no doubt that it has.

Did Matt Dillahunty go on another one of his power trip disclaimers before the Q&A?

Sam, please avoid a lackluster, anti-climactic last question--have three or so people fire off their questions in succession, then pick the best one.
-
Not to diminish anyone's question last night--I'm sure I'd ask one that would roll some people's eyes. However, by choosing a last question from multiple, you hopefully have more control in wrapping up the night with an impactful Harrisian bow.

I hope you and Krauss sort out your argument about the self offline. That went a bit off the rails. Same goes for the strangely persistent mockery of meditation. It was great to see you guys but more structure would’ve been nice.
