More conversations between you & Ben Shapiro would be great. Exhilarating to hear an insightful religeous conservative! Carolyn Porco & Christina Hoff Sommers would also make terrific podcast guests.

To be fair, the presence of Eric Weinstein really detracted from the whole event. He needs to do a one-on-one podcast with Shapiro similar in style to the one he did with Scott Adams.
-
Yeah. Well.
-
Disagree. I found Eric's thoughts on grace (or Ben's lack thereof) rather poignant.
-
Yeah, nothing personal against Mr. Weinstein, I was just looking forward to a less 'panel' feel to that event. My apologies

Can you point to an example that shows Peterson’s epistemology has undermined his ability to examine the world in a perfectly rational way on a topic/along a dimension that worries you? Aside from the vague notion that religiosity is the root of all our problems?

Reading
@Atticus_Amber tweets gives me the sense that the criticism is precisely that Peterson has a religious bent. There's no criticism of the actual ideas. As an atheist empiricist myself I don't see any conflict between empiricism and Peterson's ideas. -

Atticus, seriously, I have seen few people who can talk through crystal clear empirical analysis as lucidly as Peterson. I know many atheists. Most of them are morons. Their talent for empirical thought is not helped by their epistemology

I think the causality runs from being naturally logic-oriented -> atheism, not the reverse. Sam is as far to the logic end of the spectrum as anyone I can think of. I think this begets a preoccupation with the literal claims of religion which tends toward obscuring the point

The Peterson podcasts were by far the least enlightening of any of the ones I’ve listened to, and I listened to the entirety of the Omar Aziz podcast. I haven’t seen anything from Peterson that makes me think “yeah this guy has things figured out”

I liked him for a bit but soon I found the anti sjw crowd the most tiring of all
