If only there was some very simple way to accomplish that by yourself. Hmm...

I think there's a time & place for both formats, honestly. I'd definitely really enjoy
@EricRWeinstein (or someone) being a moderator in the middle of Sam & others. -

To some, maybe.

I really enjoyed the podcast, and would love to listen to you and Ben dive deeper into left/right politics, rather than the usual religious debate.

Love to see people normalize unashamedly racist former Breitbart employees.
-
Are you talking about Ben Shapiro? There is no evidence that he’s unashamedly racist. Facts don’t care about your feelings.
-
Ah yeah.. that old cherry picked, out of context gem. You act like that statement is wrong

-
Of course racists agree with other racists, saying racist things aren't racist, but true. Pure scum.pic.twitter.com/2eN0wLFxqB

Struggled to get through this and began longing for Hitch to cut through crap coming fromShapiro. Picks up Sam for "snide" remarks while attacking 'atheists' Still sterling effort on Sams part to try to have reason prevail
-
I found Sam running from any kind of actual point. He wouldn't answer a simple question without trying to get Eric to divert the attention on him. Telling someone to "read my book" is weak. Sam should not have been the moderator. He led the discussion which was frustrating.
-
As for going blindfolded into a bookshop for texts better than the bible just head to philosophy section and grab a selection of his brilliant books. I switch off to people like Shapiro who declare their belief in a creator of the universe

-
That just shows an intellectually weak mind. If you aren't willing to challenge every thought then you can't pretend to be intellectually honest. Change all idealologies don't run from them.
-
If an adult like Shapiro who has access to all the information we have holds tight to his rigid beliefs in a creator then there's a limit to changing that by reasoning - Harris did try and there's not many who can match him at that
-
If that was Harris' try then he failed, miserably. Belief in a higher power is not an indication of intelligence. Although most atheists would disagree because they have a superiority complex. As proven by Sam. Mocking and attempting to humiliate an ideology is quite Jr High.
-
As is letting it off the hook from being able to be challenged as you seem to be doing
-
Where was it used as an excuse not to be challenged? You are the one that said you will shut out people with ideologies that don't fit inside your bubble. That's weak tea.
