Your opening remarks on this episode are the best thing I’ve heard all year.
Someone may have been chopping onions in my car while I was listening to this one. Heavy.
Same here man. But still such a beautiful thing to listen to. Another instant favourite from @SamHarrisOrg. Thanks!
The introduction was one of the best moments of the "Waking Up" podcast. A beautiful and powerful message.
Please tell me @fostaseski reads his own audiobook.
As I started listening to it just now, I can confirm this!
Death is the single greatest teacher of all time.
Problem is, you can't learn from that particular lesson.

Agreed. You can't make chicken salad without breaking a few chickens.
Hopefully that beautifully focused intro is a sample of the kind of material that'll be found on your meditation app.
if it is..... *throws all my money at it*
This was a beautiful, wonderful, marvelous, podcast. As a suicide researcher who is confronted with death discussions daily, this was a nice lens through which to examine death- very helpful to my mind work on the topic. Thank you so very much!
I have to stop buying books by all the guests on this podcast but I don't think I can
The topic is so interesting. Thanks
