"difficulty with the truth" not only fits this president but all others Sam. Be fair. Obama lied. W. lied. Clinton lied. Bush lied...on & on

No, it’s not the same. There is no past Presidential comparison to Trump’s penchant for total refusal to ever acknowledge fault for anything and to ever correct the record in the face of a provably false statement he’s made
-
Has George W. ever "acknowledged fault" or "corrected the record" for his provably false statements resulting in a million people dead?
-
Has any President other than DT ever - with zero evidence - questioned his predecessor’s birth certificate or outright accused them of home surveillance? Any other Pres ever shared a position that 90% of white people killed are killed by blacks?
-
I'm not defending Trump.
-
That may not be your intention but that’s the purpose false equivalence serves either way
-
It's not a false equivalence to call them all liars. That's an outright fact. They're all proven liars. Trump is just the man in the hotseat
-
It’s undoubtedly false equivalence to compare the way Trump behaves to other Presidents before him, including the way he lies

Of course they know; but they won't speak up. Their silence doesn't help us.

Why does it take announcing they're not running again to exhibit any amount of candor? :/
-
Because he doesn’t have to run again.

I laughed out loud when the interviewer asked "Do you think he's a role-model to children?"

Candor, except that apparently, the word "liar" is still off the table. That may have to end.

@SenBobCorker doesn’t go far enough. Just say it: “Trump’s a mentally ill liar and we should remove him.” - 1 more reply
