Makes sense because atheism is the default human setting. If religion disappeared tomorrow, it would never reappear. Needless. #Science

You sure about that? How did religion appear in the first place?

what exactly is it that atheists don't believe in?
-
All 2,999 gods that you don't believe in plus one more.
-
Who said I believed in a god? I ask a simple question yet nobody can answer. What exactly is it that 'atheists' don't believe in?

It's only complicated because half the atheists don;t even know they're atheists, or are ashamed to admit it. Cowards.

there are two kinds of atheists, those that expose themselves and those that don't. If I lived in america, I wouldn't let the nutjobs know

Unfortunately, most atheists are just as mystical as religious ppl. Observe the firm dedication to altruism based entirely on faith
-
I don't think those words mean what you think they mean.
-
A secularized mysticism- no God, but based entirely on faith. primary of consciousness; Collective is elevated to supernatural status
-
Word salad. Atheists reject the unfounded religious claim of the supernatural. Nothing more; nothing less. Science offers best explanations.
-
It's a epistemological point not just a belief in God. One can reject God but still be directed by pure faith.
-
One could, but, epistemically, most atheists subscribe to realism, not idealism. Science describes reality. Science doesn't require belief.
-
Minor distinction: Science doesn't require "faith".
-
I disagree. Most professors openly attack reason and the reverberations are felt in every field
