“I swear to God...” @SamHarrisOrg
I see @jordanbpeterson influence is growing on you.

exaggerating a limited issue by some college kids?? Where are you when free speech is threatened by federal/state governments, churches, right wingers, white supremacists and religious schools? We can see your agenda, Sam!
-
But that would undermine Sam's rw message. There might be actual Nazis murdering protesters with their cars but how can we worry about that when there's a college student asking to be called by their preferred pronoun?! OH THE HUMANITY!
-
Charles Murray wants to oppress minorities and blacks and if college students call him out, that's what Sam calls "leftist witch hunt and lynching"!

I think this is a dead horse, Sam. We get it, you don't like political correctness, safe spaces or trigger warnings. They are intellectually crippling. Understood. Next.
-
And it will continue to be a point of contention for as long as it's widely perpetuated.

Let’s be honest bro, unless your name is posted WITH Jordan Peterson we are kinda over everything else you jaw about.

Thanks for the poll. Clearly most of us still appreciate hearing Sam's thoughts. Not sure why he's still following if he's no longer interested. I'd personally just like him to turn his focus back on Trump and what his presidency means. This is still a live issue for much of us.
-
I don't. Personally, I think the Trump thing has been exhausted. I would like Sam to get more debates and talk to more alt-right and far left.
-
Agree, there's room for that too. I think the Trump thing lends itself to those discussions actually. It's an interesting period of history we're living through. An inflection point has happened and I'd like to hear Sam's thoughts on it.

I appreciate how your podcast shines a light on and allows me to critically examine my own opinions. Your show doesn’t tell us what to think it tells us to think. Thanks.

I was hoping to hear something empirical on how bad this problem is on campus. I am under the impression that there are a lot of anecdotes of student coddling. But is it really a pervasive problem? Professor
@Tamler at U of Houston doesn’t think it is a problem. -
.
@HdxAcademy has published a bunch in this area. And I suspect Haidt’s book delves into the data as well. Long story short: It’s certainly not just anecdote. Here’s an example:https://heterodoxacademy.org/the-skeptics-are-wrong-part-2/ …
