It's just a coincidence that most of her Twitter followers are right-leaning white males with a hard-on for "The Left Eats Its Own" stories.

That doesn’t diminish the merits of the article, or any of her writing.
-
Not unless she knows who her audience is and deliberately caters to it. An overview of her writing shows see targets the Left much more than the Right. To call yourself both liberal and "politically homeless" in the age of Trump is suspect, IMO.
-
You’re proof of the actual point she’s making. I’ve seen
@HPluckrose & especially her sometime writing partner@ConceptualJames very critical of Trump. Unlike the “real” left like@ggreenwald & his ilk. -
That I remain unconvinced of her liberal bone fides, despite her claims to the contrary, does not prove her point.
-
Maybe it doesn’t prove it but it does demonstrate an example of it. You’re literally saying that her claims to being a “lefty liberal” are invalid because she doesn’t agree with intersectional concepts 100%. She’s clear about the left wing policies she endorses.
-
And she did a poll of her followers. They’re all mostly lefty liberal (like me) or at least centrist. Are we all lying too? Is this a grand conspiracy? I doubt it.
-
Yeah, I fully expected her followers would, you know, follow her and provide the results she was looking for.

maybe if you talked about your progressive economics more than once every seven years, folks might not view you as right wing
-
And defend the word progressive. I feel like people aren’t standing up for it
