A) He basically never talked about capitalism in that video. B) Being "attracted" to socialism isn't the same as believing it to be a better system. I don't know his positions on the subject. But this was far from proving your point.
He reported on Spanish socialists, as he mentioned above, and considered himself a democratic socialist. I recommend you look into it. Socialism is not the same thing as authoritarianism. Authoritarianism is the unquestionably bad thing. Socialism is a bit more complicated.
He also fought in the Spanish Civil war, on the side of the anarcho-communist.
