@GenChuckYeager I'm writing about the Challenger investigation for @Martin_Dempsey 's leadership course at @DukeFuqua . Dempsey teaches that inclusivity is essential to successful leadership. Thoughts on stakeholders who should have had more of a voice on the Rogers Commission?
None of the commission members in particular, just wondering if the feedback you analyzed from the engineers was true or if they felt pressure to answer a particular way to satisfy the prevailing thesis about the systemic issues

I worked as a NASA contractor the last few years, but I know that the organization has changed a lot since 1986. Don't have a good perspective on what old NASA was like, I only know bloated NASA spinning their wheels on poorly scoped programs (SLS, Orion, etc)
