Mike Trout said he wants to play center field. He talked in a “lengthy conversation” with Maddon and Perry today. Added “I could see down the road possibly moving to a corner,” but doesn’t like he wants that this year.

The decision to tweet before the end of the lockout was something he felt he needed to do given his stature.
Mike Trout was asked about the trial relating to Tyler Skaggs’ death. He said it was very sad for all involved, but added he didn’t follow the trial much. He said he didn’t have any sense of the issues in the clubhouse that came out in testimony.
