We’ll keep fighting to make Eastleigh better through hard work, fairness and decency. Our values are what stand us apart from other parties and it’s time we started talking about it.

Honestly, how does this happen so much? Awful resident experience for people that need help.

This is exactly how Eastleigh’s local government organisations run. Literally. It’s all there, they just don’t give it up.

We should all be more like the person who doubles back to open the door for the sandwich-stealing seagull, and less like the Tory who tries to confiscate the sandwich from the seagull

This ain’t enough and it’s window dressing. We need immediate action so we can prosecute organisations and individuals who continue to damage our water ways in Eastleigh. It was a campaign commitment from me and it still is.

Online scams have a devastating financial and emotional impact on victims – and too often platforms like Facebook and Google are leaving their users worryingly exposed to criminals operating on their sites. The current approach of self-regulation is not fit for purpose.

Will be interesting to see how the Greens manage the councils they control. Their lack of grounding in the reality of working people meant that when they were elected in Brighton they basically made half the council staff redundant.

Bad few days. Need to focus on workers rights and small business. Better maternity pay, increased minimum wage, diversification of tax system for small businesses and innovators, more value delivered via public services. We’re broken and it’s all our fault.

The Lib Dem retained his seat but the turnout was so low (29.4%) that any increase will transform our vote next time. Eastleigh is a great place and you can be sure that, despite not being elected, my drive to make Eastleigh better remains.

It’s not the news that we wanted but I was able to increase the vote by 80% in Eastleigh South for the Eastleigh Borough Council seat. Thank you so much to everyone who supported me with their vote and considered me as the alternative to the Lib Dems.

Vote increase of 80% in Eastleigh South ward. Wasn’t enough for me to win but we’re going in the right direction. now competitive and taking the fight to the opposition in our great little town!

Great to meet Tony Bunday on our rounds today. Going to be a great PCC if you chose to vote for him. He’ll deal with crime and the causes of crime

It was crystal clear. asked political parties not to use tellers at polling stations. ignored it. Absolutely disgraceful.
