People call hero toxic but is he really more toxic than someone like Palu or Wolf

how are Palutena or Wolf toxic? Because they're good? Cuz I don't see people camping or cheesing with them, just overall playing regular smash with good and ez to use characters. Its called optimizing

Every MU chart has him as losing pretty much. He can shield art out of any multihit or set up confirm, sword hits behind him, massive range, -6 on shield or lower on 4/5 of his aerials, up B oos (esp smash art), and his monado arts are busted
