Just wanna give a big out shout-out to & for everything she does.
She’s one rare example of a person who takes a stand openly for what’s right, wears her opinion on her sleeve, fight the good fight & is the epitome of a great ally.
We needs 1000s more like her.

Just asking
Tomorrow if Richa pen the same kind of tweet about Gandhis as wrote.
Then your opinion would be the same as today about the Richa

I support Richa not merely out of the blue but based on what she has been doing and the fight she’s been fighting for a long long time.
My difference with Anurag isn’t over him merely criticizing Gandhis. Ergo I’ve quoted tweets by him during polls that I thought problematic.

Sure Anurag. I’m also sure you had some very specific context & reason to target the Gandhis’ interventions (while also complaining about their absence ironically).
Tweets don’t come with a context box, sadly. So I’ll have to take them at face value.

Because I can’t force myself to have faith in someone who isn’t 24/7 there. I have had very long conversations last night. Would appreciate if you go through them in there entirety and then form opinion

Anurag, one could say the same about you. Are you there 24/7? Put yourself in the same shoes else your opinion is only half-informed at best.
And does this voicing of your lack of faith really HAVE TO come at a time like this when there’s other more pressing issues?
On the latter maybe the timing was incorrect in retrospect , it’s just that nagging feeling that came out . It had to. But responses to that only confirms it. Both sides it’s the same kind of trolling.

Someone calling out a knee-jerk opinion is not called a “troll”. That’s really an easy way to admit one is incorrect while not really admitting it.
From me, there have been nothing but polite respectful counterpoints. But yeah - lovely false equivalence.

Saket Sir, domain in which one operates matters. Politics=public service demands 24/7 availability for valid public concerns/issues; Can't say same for Arts.Having said this, everybody's support important in this.🙏 both of u for ur support.

I work 24/7 on what I do. But I don’t remember going and giving advice to someone on how they should make films.
There’s enough space for everyone. If someone isn’t 24/7 they’ll lose. Why should Anurag care? He doesn’t even like the Congress to begin with.
I am not fighting elections . I have another job where I am all the time. This is exactly the argument I gave yesterday . A party leader can not afford to be like me ..

All that anurag is saying is we need a 24/7 committed politician who can hit the streets any time to oppose authoritarian regimes.
4 hour satyagrah is not enough
Gandhi ji during Indian freedom struggle walked minimum 16 km a day. We need that kind of a politician.
I asked him the same thing yesterday in a different way.

For a person riding a bicycle, it’s easy to give direction to a person driving a car that there is enough space to pass. But the person holding the steering only knows how tough it is to manoeuvre in such a tight space.
Suggestion is welcome, but you should join and show the way.
