    gRPC folks using Prometheus to instrument their services. Do you enable Histograms for your metrics? If yes did you saw any performance issues with high cardinality assuming your gRPC service has tens of methods?

    Nigerian immigrants are by far the most educated immigrant group in the US. Over 20% have *graduate* degrees. But... They're also black. So due to the "travel ban" Nigerians will no longer be allowed to get green cards. The ban was never about security.

    28. It can be really hard to know who is right during an intense disagreement. A really powerful heuristic is to have each party summarize the other's point. The party who can do so to the satisfaction of their opponent is more likely to have a correct perspective.

    I was watching and her team responding to user feedback and delivering fixes so quickly. Amazing velocity. Most of all, her team takes every user feedback seriously. Gopls in good hands.
