It's pulling data from different places. The "real time" is the closest to what you actually have, it is not the public view count as I believe some views are monitored as potentially being from bots, thus why they are withheld to be shown till said view is cleared.

Also that 80.8k is from your creator studio "First [time] compared to your typical performance:" stats thingy. That whole thing is just plain delayed, not delayed as much as the regular "view" count from a video, but it's not live either.
