This seems related to Google Core Update from June 2nd? Like they fixed/worked something to control FAQ schema manipulation.

Issues with rich results (FAQ in particular) have often been a side effect of Core Updates. Looks like it matches up with when the June update started. I'd give it a few weeks and see if it returns.
