Rape is a crime of opportunity. Studies show that rapists choose victims based on their vulnerability, not on how sexy they appear or how flirtatious they are. All those sexual predators has to be accountable for their actions. And the government has to take action immediately.

Madam President, it looks like this is huge problem in the African continent, here in South Africa we are waking up to such horror stories. It may be time for a continental response from an AU level.
