Sadly they care to much about silly people treating magic cards like stock than actual players so I don't think any amount will change that

Can you imagine how annoyed people would be when the Masters set following the ending of the reserved list still only had 3 cards from it and they were Treachery, Peacekeeper and Leering Gargoyle?

A lot of the most expensive reversed list cards wouldn't really get hurt by reprinting, because their value is as collectibles not as playable Magic cards. The more problematic cards would be the stuff near the end of the reserved list (like The Dark - Urza's block).

How is it more of a licence to print money when they can already reprint Tarmogoyf, FoW or JTMS (not to mention make exclusive very rare promos)?

I believe that just taking out the dual lands is all good. I sad to see a format as interesting as the legacy to have this giant barrier that is to the dual lands being on the reserved list
