    Sacramento Police Department is asking for the public's assistance in locating 77 year old missing person Fred Young who has dementia. Mr. Young was last seen yesterday at 10 p.m. in the 700 block of I St. If located please contact Sacramento Police at 916-264-5471. or call 911.
