        Also seeing this implementation of building what seem to be enclosed tents/containers outdoors, with little ventilation, sort of misses the point about why outdoors is less risky.         Crazy how Vic Gov had a definition of indoors and out doors then changed the outdoors one for food venues to include a covered space with a max of two walls. But you could put one side against a building and other side facing another marquee and still be "outside"

        Standalone pods would be best, probably. Landlords are the only ones winning here: passive income and expectations based on pre-covid land values while their tenants suffer.
