Guys - I'm beside myself & before you ask, this is NOT a joke - I just got off the phone with Montana Skeptic. He told me that he voluntarily deleted his Twitter account after Elon Musk personally called his boss to complain. I asked for Montana's permission to Tweet this. $TSLA
Says he was an associate and that firm has 700 attorneys. Do you have anything that says he was actually advising Enron specifically?
Show me where I said he was advising Enron. 17 years as associate & then partner at V&E as per his own profile. Again, he was the one who brought up Enron during the podcast and then failed to disclose material, non public information to the listeners.
I’m simply saying at a firm of that size, he may have had nothing to with advising Enron. Firms like that have offices and divisions that act almost as their own separate entities. It wouldn’t be really relevant if he had zero involvement.
I agree with you!! He probably has no direct connection with Enron, although he claimed in the podcast that he helped with the Enron bankruptcy. But having brought up Enron himself during the podcast, he should have disclosed any direct or indirect relationship with Enron.
How is that relevant?
Ask Montana. He was the one who brought up Enron during the podcast and compared it to Tesla. 
So he'd be one with some expertise on how frauds unravel, no?
