Well, there is the fact that throwing something at another person IS assault. Technically, even gesturing like you will throw something to scare them IS assault. But, please, if you are certain it's OK, try "milkshaking" someone in front of law enforcement.

Go ahead screenshot me the legal definition of assault like every other right wing dipshit. Flicking can technically meet that definition. Presumably you wouldn’t call that assault. You’re all just huge babies hyperventilating about a non issue.

You’re calling getting milkshaked assault and I’m butthurt?

Again, I'm not calling it assault. I'm informing you that the law considers it assault. This is why it's so funny.

Like I said flicking can technically be assault by the legal definition. The actual literal definition of assault can’t really have being milkshaked included in it. You’re just a giant baby and a snowflake

So, you're saying the law has to have a list of all the different ways you can be assaulted?

So, if not specifically listed, it's not assault?
