Well, there is the fact that throwing something at another person IS assault. Technically, even gesturing like you will throw something to scare them IS assault. But, please, if you are certain it's OK, try "milkshaking" someone in front of law enforcement.

By your logic flicking someone is assault. You’re all giant babies. Cops can arrest you for throwing a milkshake on someone. Will they? Probably not. Even if they didn’t a judge would throw out any case because it’s a nonsense issue. Conservatives are just hyperventilating

Lol not by my logic, by the law. And the officer will likely ask the victim of they want to press charges. I assume most people won't, but that doesn't make it OK. No hyperventilating here.

yes you are all hyperventilating. Throwing a milkshake on someone can only be considered assault if you make the literal definition of the word totally meaningless1 reply 0 retweets 0 likes -

The only way I'm hyperventilating is because I'm laughing so hard at how triggered you are.

Do you think there’s a meaningful distinction between the literal definition of assault and the actual definition of assault? Or are you just a giant baby and want to include literally anything to be construed as assault?

Can you provide the difference between the "literal" and "actual" definitions of the words in quotes? Lol
