You need to completely refund hotels/badges, STAT.

Yup!! I had emailed them earlier today and they said badge were nonrefundable, now I get to be on hold with Marriott and Jetblue on my Friday night.

Yeah I can only second what everyone else has said. I traveled halfway across the world for this - that’s a lot of money, most of which I could have gotten refunded if this had been canceled last week
