Decriminalize all drugs. Hell, make them legal like alcohol, and sell them in state stores. Might solve some of this problem.

There are realistic solutions to be created. Read “How to Change Your Mind” by Michael Pollan if you want to see how to address addiction. But first we have to find housing for many of these people
