An unstacked #Isaias is pulsing north of DR now and has every chance to strengthen as it moves northwest into the Turks and Bahamas tonight/Fri. Nothing to hinder it from eventual hurricane status for a at least a day. Hopefully approaching trough can keep it east of FL/USA.

The video (Jim Cantore) shows the storm which wreaks havoc on the island of Hispaniola which includes Haiti and the Dominican Rep. Haiti, one of the poorest countries in world, hard hit by earthquake in 2010 which killed 300,000 and cholera which left 530,000 sick and 7,000 dead.
