Remember it well.
Them were the days golden era of #satellite #broadcasting.
Back before the days of the gatekeeper with the EPG's that now have such a grip on the platforms.
Anyone could launch and get direct to the public hels such promise for hyper #local #TV

Our lovely cable company used to scramble Sky Scottish as soon as it started each night. Shame really, it should have hung around a bit longer, it could have been successful.
-
I feel that Sky Scottish existed at the wrong time. Not everybody had satellite or cable back then, so it's probably unsurprising that it didn't last.

It's nice to see you're recognising the channels you used to run too. S2 was of course, the Scottish equivalent of ITV2.

Sky Scottish may not have lasted long but it was definitely an innovative approach. Gone but not forgotten!
