Chesa should resign, didn’t he also represent McCalister as a deputy Public defender? Chesa not putting McAlister in jail is the cause and the death of two innocent people is the effect. Chesa really should resign, this is terrible.

I voted for him, this is all very disappointing. But him not recusing himself from the case is grounds for his resignation.

Same. And I still agree incarceration is not the answer, except in the case of violent crime. Repeat robberies is a violent crime! Why TF was he let out?! @chesaboudin
